Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Casa Mia Outfit. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging with all tags attached
Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any other stains

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale or clearance items
Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Gift cards
Items marked as "Final Sale"

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at ileanaperezturealtor@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at ileanaperezturealtor@gmail.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at ileanaperezturealtor@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
